Media Production and Media Communications at Cayuga Community College
Cayuga Community College, a unit of the State University of New York (SUNY), offers 2-year associate’s degrees in Media Communications, Media Production, Audio and Music Recording and Telecommunications Technology. Additional degree concentrations in Broadcast Journalism, Film and Cinema Studies and Video/ Digital Film Production are also available. The college’s Media Department is also an Avid Learning Partner which enables students to become certified Avid Media Composer editors. The college’s state of the art Media facilities include a ProTools recording studio, FM radio station, television studio, remote video production facility, digital media lab, video editing lab, and audio and video editing and production suites. Industry internships are required. In-state tuition as of Fall 2015 is $2163.00 per semester.
